These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of legacycaregroup.com (the “Site”), operated by Legacy Care Group (“Legacy,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
About the Site
The Site provides general information about Legacy’s healthcare staffing and public health program services, career opportunities, and community vaccination clinics. It is for informational purposes only.
Our services are governed by separate agreements
Staffing, project management and public health services are provided only under a separate written agreement between Legacy and the client. Submitting an inquiry through the Site does not create a contract or obligate either party. If these Terms conflict with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.
Job applications
Submitting an application or résumé through the Site does not create an employment relationship or guarantee an interview, placement or job offer. Any placement is subject to our hiring, credentialing and verification process and to applicable law. You agree that the information you submit is accurate and is yours to share.
No medical advice
Information on the Site, including information about vaccination clinics, is general and is not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider about your health. Clinic dates, times and locations may change. Vaccination registration is handled by a third-party service, and eligibility and availability are determined at the clinic.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- submit false, misleading or someone else’s information;
- upload viruses or harmful code, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems;
- scrape, copy or harvest content or personal information from the Site using automated means; or
- interfere with the Site’s operation or security.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos and the Legacy name, are owned by Legacy or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and print pages for your personal or internal business use. You may not reproduce, modify or distribute Site content without our written permission.
Third-party links and services
The Site links to services we do not control, including vaccination registration (Color Health), our employee portal (BambooHR), Google Maps and social media. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Disclaimers
We work to keep the Site accurate and up to date, but it is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legacy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected through the Site.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above and post the updated version on this page. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
