Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 26, 2026

Legacy Care Group (“Legacy,” “we,” “us”) provides RN-led healthcare staffing and public health program support. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through legacycaregroup.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies only to this Site. It does not cover information handled under a separate agreement with a client, or information you give to third-party services we link to.

Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Client and partnership inquiries: your name, email address, phone number, organization, and anything you write in your message.
  • Job applications: your name, email address, phone number, LinkedIn profile URL, years of experience, your message, and any résumé or document you upload. Please do not include sensitive information (such as your Social Security number, health information, or license numbers) in an application through this Site. We will ask for what we need, securely, later in the hiring process.
  • Email updates: if you sign up for updates, your email address.
  • Direct contact: anything you send us by email or phone.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, our hosting provider and the tools described below automatically receive standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the page that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. Some of this is collected using cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies and advertising).

How we use information

  • To respond to inquiries and provide, plan and manage our staffing and public health services.
  • To review job applications, contact candidates, and carry out recruiting and onboarding.
  • To send updates you asked for. Every update email includes a way to unsubscribe.
  • To operate, secure and improve the Site, and to understand how visitors find and use it.
  • To measure and improve our advertising, as described below.
  • To comply with law, enforce our Terms & Conditions, and protect our rights and the safety of others.

We use the phone number you provide to respond to your inquiry or application. We will not use it to send marketing text messages without your separate consent.

Cookies and advertising

We use Google Tag Manager and Google Ads to measure how our advertising performs, including whether a visit or phone call came from an ad, and to show our ads to people who have visited the Site (“remarketing”). These tools use cookies and similar technologies, and Google may collect information about your visits to this and other websites.

When you first visit, a cookie notice explains this and lets you opt out. You can change your choice at any time using the “Do not sell or share my personal information” link in the cookie notice. You can also manage Google ad personalization at adssettings.google.com, and most browsers let you block or delete cookies.

We do not sell personal information for money. Under some U.S. state laws, using advertising cookies to show you ads on other websites may be considered “selling” or “sharing” personal information. The opt-out described above applies to that use.

How we share information

We share information only as needed to run our business, with:

  • Service providers who work on our behalf, such as our website host (GoDaddy), our website platform and email-delivery tools, our email update tools, and Google (advertising measurement, Tag Manager and embedded maps). They may use the information only to provide their services to us.
  • Clients, if you are a candidate and we are considering you for a placement with them. We share relevant parts of your application for that purpose.
  • Legal and safety recipients, when required by law or legal process, or to protect our rights, our clients, candidates or the public.
  • A successor, if Legacy is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

Third-party websites

The Site links to services we do not control, including vaccination registration (provided by Color Health), our employee portal (BambooHR), Google Maps and social media. Information you give those services is governed by their own privacy policies.

How long we keep information

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above. That includes keeping candidate records for a reasonable period so we can consider you for future roles. We also keep information when required by law or to resolve disputes, and then delete or de-identify it.

How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we hold. No website or transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you updates. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law, such as the right to opt out of targeted advertising. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

Children

The Site is intended for healthcare organizations and healthcare professionals. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above and post the updated version on this page.
